What is a property viewing process?

Our property viewing process encompasses a comprehensive inspection of the property, along with the provision of an accurate valuation. In the event that we will be accompanied by a buyer or tenant during the viewing, we will provide you with ample notice to ensure that the property is prepared accordingly.

Are landlords charged for valuations?

As part of our company procedures, we do not charge the landlords any fees to conduct a valuation.

Is my personal information sent to third parties?

We do not store any personal information and thus we do not promote sharing anything apart from the company representative or legal representative unless asked.

Does Locus Keys do Property Maintainence?

Yes! We do property repairs and maintenance. We have a dedicated team of spealised contractors for the various jobs. Feel free to speak to the team -
